Welcome to our New Addition
We have moved into our new addition and the residents, staff, and family members are very excited about the new facility. This new addition is approximately 46,000 square feet and includes 80 private rooms, dining rooms, activity and sun rooms, admission and nursing offices, beauty shop, and a rehabilitation gym with outdoor therapy track. The new rehabilitation gym has all new, state of the art equipment. This new space has greatly expanded the services we are able to provide those patients seeking short term rehabilitation therapy following a hospital stay. In our holistic environment, we are able to prepare these patients to return to their optimal level of well-being and return home!
The new addition is composed of 5 halls or communities. The name of each hall reflects the vision and values of the Marianites of Holy Cross. The names are: Fr. Basil Moreau, Mother Mary of the Seven Dolors, Blessed Trinity, Holy Family, and Holy Cross.
The new addition compliments the facility’s 2002 addition that added 40 semi-private beds, a new chapel, and new administrative offices. With the addition open and operational, we now have 80 private rooms and 20 semi-private rooms. The 20 semi-private rooms on St. Mary and Joseph halls were opened in 2002. These rooms are perfectly suited for married couples and those residents who simply enjoy the companionship of a roommate.
The completed new facility provides the space to continue a long tradition of caring for the whole person in a Catholic and Christian environment. The facility is licensed to house 120 residents and the new addition is the latest chapter in the history of the Marianites of Holy Cross who have been serving in education and health care in this geographical area for over 150 years.
Photos of the new addition are posted on our web site in the section - “Photo Tour.” We hope you will come by and visit us!
