Nursing Home Services
Skilled Nursing — We provide 24 hour skilled nursing services. We know our residents not just in their current situations but through their life story and how their past connects to this present moment. We use an interdisciplinary approach that brings together the best services to promote the health and well-being of each person.
Rehabilitation Services — Comprehensive rehabilitation programs are available from the facility's team of rehabilitation professionals. It is composed of Physical, Occupational and Speech therapists specially trained in working with elderly individuals. At weekly interdisciplinary therapy meetings, the team reviews residents’ progress, insuring quality and consistency of care, making changes and adaptations as needed. Specific treatment programs for short term residents enable them to regain their prior independence and return home.
Short Term/Convalescence Stay — We accept residents in need of temporary care after surgery or other procedures for short periods of convalescence and for short term rehabilitation.
Pastoral Care Services — The center of life at our home is a beautiful chapel which offers a quiet and peaceful environment, a place for reflection and solitude, for personal and group prayer. From this center flows our pastoral care which respects and honors the religious preferences of each person. We offer spiritual support to every resident and we also coordinate visits by pastoral personnel from outside the facility as desired by the individual and his or her family. There are optional religious activities offered daily, weekly, and monthly. In addition for our Catholic residents, we have daily Mass and the Sacrament of Reconciliation and the Sacrament of the Sick are offered on a regular basis. We Make regular visits to our residents when they are hospitalized. We also journey in a particular way with the resident and his or her family during times of transition and during moments that are especially difficult.
